I will email you an intake form to complete prior to our session. With this information, I will begin my process - I’ll get out my books and start my detective work before we even meet, so that we can get the most out of our time together.

My goal is to create a safe and compassionate space where you feel comfortable sharing your health journey. During our session, I’ll ask extensive, yet intentional questions to get to know you better, even if they don’t seem directly related to your current symptoms. This information is crucial for matching a remedy to your unique situation. After our consultation, I’ll carefully review your case and begin crafting a personalised plan for you. I will send your prescription to Helios pharmacy, who will contact you directly for payment before posting your remedies to you.

Once your remedy arrives, it’s over to YOU! This process requires commitment and patience, inviting you to tune into your body and notice the changes as they unfold. By noting your observations and insights, we’ll enhance our follow-up sessions and better understand how the remedy is working for you. To ensure you feel supported between consultations, I’ll arrange a check-in call 7-10 days after you start your remedies, and you can reach out via email with any questions.

Our first meeting lays the foundation for your health journey ahead, with plenty of time for us to cover a detailed review of your health history and current health concerns.
Together, we will explore your symptoms, and how they are impacting you. I will ask lots of questions about your medical history, lifestyle, personality traits, sleep patterns, stress triggers, any major life events or traumas, dietary preferences plus much more! Understanding you as a whole person enables me to find the most suitable homeopathic medicine for you.

As homeopathic treatment is a process which takes time, regular follow up appointments are essential for optimal results.
At the beginning, these are spaced 4-6 weeks apart, depending on the nature of your condition. We’ll thoroughly evaluate and assess your reaction to the remedies previously prescribed and make any necessary adjustments.
